This is an excellent product to use in nursing homes for health care providers to use to clean between the teeth. The fact that the head rotates 180 degrees allows for easier access as well as the brush is thinly tapered allowing easier access as well. I have been using this process for over 3yrs now in training CNA's and nurses. Have even been a part of a research project that has published a video on how to use the brush successfully.
