I've been using this twice a day for about 2 months, and I haven't had sensitivity issues since the third day of starting it. When I'm done brushing, I spit out the excess and do not rinse with water. It allows the product additional time on the teeth to do its job.

All around a good product but the toothpaste is too strong/"minty" for me; I felt an uncomfortable burning sensation on my gums when using this toothpaste.

I've been using this toothpaste for about a month and I can actually see and feel a difference! It's hard to claim "proof" that the nano-particles are repairing my enamel (I've been blessed with pretty strong enamel anyway), but I have been using my teeth for close to 7 decades and the front lowers were showing some wear. Just a couple days ago, all of a sudden (you know how it is when changes happen slowly), I realized how much smoother and whiter my front lower teeth are! The only thing new? PrevDent toothpaste. Compared to regular toothpaste, it019s a bit on the pricey side, but the results I am seeing make it worth every penny! Besides, a little goes a long way: Once a day I use a dab about the size of a small pea.

Tried this bc my teeth were getting more sensitive each day. Has really helped and teeth kinda look whiter too which is a bonus
